Returns and exchanges

Fill out the return form here, where you choose in advance whether you want a refund or an exchange. If you do not fill out the form, you will receive an email when the warehouse receives the return to choose exchange/refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are easily done by us providing a gift card that covers the exchange cost + shipping, and we always add 50 NOK to the gift card, which in most cases gives a little extra to shop for. A small bonus you get to keep :)

Items that cannot be returned

Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you always have 100 calendar days from the last item received.

For returns that are not exchanges, the return cost is deducted from the refund amount. The cost is calculated as:

1-4 products: 59 NOK

5-8 products: 99 NOK

9-11 products: 199 NOK

12-15 products: 299 NOK

more than 15: 399 NOK - and please contact us for help with choosing the size and product :)

This includes insurance for a lost package if a return should disappear.
